Father’s Day Whisky Dinner

Treat your dad to the ultimate Father’s Day experience! In partnership with Beam Suntory, our Dominion team is providing whisky flights and delicious cuisine. Enjoy a two-hour seating that includes a welcome cocktail, family-style shared appetizers, a whisky flight tasting, entrée and dessert.

The tastings are led by Whisky Ambassador Dan Volway, a trained Sommelier and part of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers instructors. He is the portfolio ambassador for The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenrothes, Cutty Sark, The Famous Grouse and Brugal Rum — so it’s fair to say that Dan’s palate is exquisitely refined.
