BC Restaurants: Indoor Dining is Back

Indoor dining is back on the table 

Have you heard the exciting news? Dominion Bar + Kitchen is ready to welcome you back for BOTH indoor and outdoor dining as of Tuesday, May 25, 2021, from 12-10 pm daily. In alignment with WorkSafeBC and guidelines from the provincial government, our restaurant has enhanced protocols in place to ensure the safety of guests and Team Dominion. Below is a refresher on the extra steps we’ve taken. 

Restaurant Protocols  

  • Operating at 50% capacity in our restaurant and on our patios 

  • Tables are 6 ft apart to ensure physical distancing 

  • Reduced seating restrictions with a maximum of 6 people per table 

  • Menus are available on our website to reduce high touch surfaces. Find QR codes on each table. 

  • Liquor sales end at 10 pm 

Health + Safety Measures 

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the restaurant

  • Increased cleanliness + sanitation for high touch surfaces and tools around the restaurant 

  • Employees are provided with the recommended PPE, taught the proper use of all protective materials, and are orientated on the new health, safety, and cleanliness protocols  

  • Employees will be screened before work with daily temperature and symptom checks 

  • Employees are not allowed to work if they display signs of illness 

  • Guests will not be allowed to enter if they display signs of illness 

  • Guests are required to wear masks in public restaurant areas. Masks can be removed once seated at your table

  • One guest from each group must provide their name and phone number upon entry for contact tracing purposes
