Father's Day 2022

Dominion Bar + Kitchen wants to make Father’s Day extra special – so we have some exclusive ways for you to celebrate. On Sunday, June 19, 2022, treat dad or your fatherly figure to our whisky tasting event or join us for our delicious dinner features. 

Father’s Day Whisky Tasting 

We are hosting an intimate Father’s Day Whisky Tasting for up to 24 guests. Jonathan Marcopoulos, from the Reserve Team with The Breakthru Beverage Group, will guide guests through a three-hour experience that includes a special three-course menu paired with award-winning whisky tastings. Our delicious entree features the Surf and Turf, please let us know if you have any dietary preferences. 

Guests will learn about world-renowned whisky such as:

  • Roe&Co blended Irish Whiskey

  • Crown Royal Extra Rare 18-year-old Canadian Whisky

  • The Singleton 12-year-old single malt Scotch Whisky

  • Johnnie Walker Green Label 15- year-old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

  • A bourbon whiskey-based cocktail for dessert 

Our Father’s Day Whisky Tasting is held from 6-9 pm. This event is $100 per person, and guests must be 19+ with a valid ID. To confirm your reservation, please purchase your ticket through Eventbrite. 

Father’s Day Features 

If dad prefers to bring the whole family together, we have delicious featured entree for Father’s Day. Enjoy the Surf and Turf for $55. This feature is available from 4-10 pm on our regular menu. 

We’ve also teamed up with Driftwood Brewery, a local craft brewery from Victoria, for a tap takeover! We will be offering Arcus Pilsner, Blackstone Porter, White Bark Witbier, and Fat Tug IPA on tap for Father’s Day only. Sip on these delicious craft beers for $7 for a 16oz glass or $22 for a pitcher. We’ll also be offering a special cocktail with Driftwood’s Contact Gin – shhhhhhh, we’re keeping this one as a surprise for Father’s Day.
