New weekend brunch
This ain’t your average brunch spot. Our menu has classic favourites with a twist. We have sprinkled in a splash of ‘Surrey City Centre’ to really connect with our local roots. This exciting brunch menu is launching on Saturday, March 27, 2021, and will be served every Saturday + Sunday, and holiday Monday’s from 10am - 2pm.
Dominion Bar + Kitchen is located inside the shared lobby of 3 Civic Plaza and Civic Hotel – find us on 13475 Central Avenue in Surrey.
Our brunch menu with a twist
Dominion is ‘loyal to local,’ so we’ve highlighted a few of the dishes that pay tribute to our community.
13495 French Toast Tower – If y’all don’t know, the 3 Civic Plaza residents building is the tallest tower in all of Surrey (whoop whoop). “13495” is the address of this building and our French Toast Tower is stacked super high like a tower. You’ll be drooling when you see how big it is. Enjoy Challah French toast, caramelized bananas, salted caramel, and Oreo-crumb cream cheese. Fun fact: our restaurant is located in the same lobby as the 3 Civic Plaza residents.
Breakfast fit for King George – If you’re from Surrey, you definitely know this iconic street. In fact, if you have been to Dominion you’ve probably taken this street to get here. King George is the main road only one block from the restaurant. This breakfast comes with two free-range eggs, two pork sausages, two strips of bacon, breakfast potatoes, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, and sourdough toast.
Bank it! Breakfast Bowl - We want to give back to our local community. For every bowl served, Dominion will donate $2, to the Surrey Food Bank. The bowl is the perfect combo of brunch + lunch + hangover cure with two free-range eggs, cheese curds, gravy, and breakfast potatoes.
Ross & Rabbit – We ❤️ supporting local, so this name is a nod to local farmers. We get our chicken and eggs from Rossdown Chicken Farm in Langley and Rabbit River Farm in Richmond. This sandwich has a crispy boneless chicken thigh, sunny-side-up egg, hickory-smoked pork belly, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, brioche loaf, and breakfast potatoes. Nom, nom, nom!
1001 Protein Bowl – Plays tribute to the “1001” steps at Kwomais Point in South Surrey. Going down is the fun part… It's getting back up that is the challenge. This bowl is perfect for go-getters who want protein and lots of delicious flavours. Dive into two free-range eggs, kale, grape tomatoes, cucumber, pickled carrots, pickled onions, chickpea stew, za’atar cauliflower, avocado, and tahini.
Boozy brunch
We get it. You wanna kick back with a delicious drink and channel those ‘whoooo’ weekend and #SundayFunday vibes. So we have gone above and beyond to create the ultimate one-of-a-kind mimosa bar that will have you wanting to come back every. single. weekend.
We have a classic mimosa for those who like to perk up with a little citrus. Can’t decide on a flavour? Get a flight! Yes, you read that right. We have a Trio Mimosa Flight with prosecco, orange, grapefruit, and raspberry. If you are more of a mimosa with a twist kinda person, try our funky cocktail-inspired mimosas: Piña Colada, coconut Dole Whip, Beer-Me-Osa, Drunken Mule, or Paloma flavoured.
Let’s be real… it wouldn’t be the weekend without a Caeser or Bloody Mary. Stick with the classics or spice it up with The Red Eye which comes with Big Rock Blonde Lager, Clamato juice, Frank's RedHot, Worcestershire sauce, A.1. Original Steak Sauce, and a Caesar rim. (Pssssst! It tastes even better when you order it fully loaded with pickled asparagus, bocconcini, pepperoncini, and olives. You won’t regret it.)
