Spring is in Full Effect

Spring has sprung, and so has our new colourful menu at Dominion Bar + Kitchen. We are excited to introduce a delightful array of new menu items to embody the season's spirit of renewal and freshness. 

To start, try our refreshing tuna stack made with 100% Ocean Wise-certified smoked shoyu marinated tuna and rice crackers. If you're in the mood for a bright salad, our locally sourced Southlands Tsawwassen beet salad with creamed goat cheese is the way to go.

Of course, no meal is complete without a delicious main course. We've added a new pasta dish to our menu - Chicken + Turkey Meatballs Mafalda Pasta with tomato ragout and foraged mushrooms served with focaccia.

If you have a sweet tooth, our Peruvian Chocolate Brownie is an indulgent, rich chocolate experience, and the Watermelon Sorbet with Amarena Cherries is a refreshing ending to your meal.
